The Vision for Holy Grounds
A Vision from The Lord
Our mission is to run a family-owned enterprise with an unwavering focus on God's kingdom. Our family serves as our primary ministry. Hence, when God showed us a vision for a "coffee ministry," it became apparent that it would express our faith and life experiences.
We are deeply committed to spreading our testimony and unwavering faith in Jesus Christ through this venture, placing our trust in The Lord to sustain us and provide a platform for our mission.
Our hearts are filled with a passionate desire to see the gospel's message touch people's lives everywhere, expanding God's kingdom and ultimately bringing heaven to earth.
The Name: Holy Grounds

Holy Grounds is a fun name that will naturally draw interest from those who hear it. But more importantly, we look to a chapter in scripture from Exodus 3 that speaks about a significant encounter Moses had with God which led to a great transition in his life. We feel significance on this story in relation to our lives.
Moses is tending the flocks when an angel of the Lord appears to him in flames of fire within a bush. Moses sees this and notices that though the bush is on fire, it is not being consumed. He goes to approach the bush and when God sees this, he calls to Moses from the bush. God responds in verse 5 “do not come any closer, take off your shoes, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.” The response then here from Moses is to hide his face, he has a reverence and a understanding of his unworthiness and how small he is before God. God is our friend, but he is also our sovereign Lord! Next, the Lord begins to give instruction to Moses about a great calling that he has for his life. Moses responds with excuses and feelings of inadequacy. But God reminds him that he will be with him and that he will bring resources along to provide him the help he will need for the job. God also instructs Moses to tell others about the encounter he had at the burning bush. He is to proclaim it boldly! One of the most powerful things we can do is share with others all that God has done for us!
Moses was reluctant and fearful because of over anticipation and not knowing what would happen as he stepped out. He was worried how people would respond. But we know that God does not ask us to go where he has not provided the means to help. So we say, “yes, Lord!”, trusting that He will supply all the courage, confidence, and resources at the right moment. And it will be our joy to share boldly what He has done, and do all the work obediently that He calls us to!
We know that there is power in the name of Jesus! And when we allow Holy Spirit to lead us, then the kingdom will advance wherever we go. We also believe there is power in a great cup of coffee!
Let God be glorified in it all!
